OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

1.  We believe that the Holy Bible is the infallible, authoritative, and written Word of the Living God. We believe that it was inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was recorded by Holy men of God. The Bible reveals the principles by which God will judge the World and reveals His plan of Salvation. We believe that the Bible is the true center of Christianity and that it is the supreme standard by which all men ways, laws and thinkings should be investigated. (2 Tim. 3:16; 1 Thess.2:13; 1 Pt. 1: 23-25;  2Pt. 1: 19-21; Heb. 4: 12).

2.  We believe that there is only one GOD reveals in three persons ; The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. We believe in the Holy Trinity. God manifested in three. He is therefore omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscience God in everywhere at the same time, the One who has all power –the Almighty El Shaddai who knows everything. He is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The One who is who was and who is to come. The Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end. The end from the beginning. He is our Lord. (Deut. 6: 4; Mt 3:17; Philippians 2: 6; 1 John 5: 6-7, Rev. 1:8).

3.  We believe that Salvation is obtainable only through repentance toward God from sin and a personal and heartfelt faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. Being a born again Holy Ghost spirit filled tongues speaking believer of the word of GOD.  We believe that Baptism in water is by immersion and not sprinkling of water upon ones head. But as clearly stated in God’s word. Baptism by immersion is a direct commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ and that it is for believers only. It is a symbol of Christians identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. (Rom. 10:7-17,  Rom. 6:4-5, Acts 3: 19-20, 2: 38, 8:36; Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16).

4.  We believe in divine healing for physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of and by laying on of hands. And it is the priviledge of every member of the Church today. (Jeremiah 8:22, Mark 16:18; James 5:14-16; Isaiah 53:4,6; 1 Peter 2:24).

5.  We believe that the only way eternal life is received is by faith alone in Jesus Christ. (Actes 4:12; John 14:6, Rom. 6:23).

6.  We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His ascension to the Father, in His personal return to earth in power and glory to meet His Church(Bride) and to judge the World. (Acts 4:12; Rom.4:1-9, 5:1-11; Eph. 1: 3-14; Luke 24:39-43; John 20:24-29; John 14:2-3; Rom. 8:34; Acts 1:10-11; 1Thessalonians 4:13-18;  2Thess.1:7-10;  James 5:8;  Revelations 1:7).

7.  We believe the Holy Spirit to be the third person of the Trinity whose purpose in the redemption of man is to convict of sin and regenerating the repentant believer, guide the believer into all truth, indwell all believers and give gifts to those He wills that they may minister as Christ would to men. We believe that the manifestations of the Holy Spirit as recorded in scriptures still operate through present-day Christians who yield to Jesus.

We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance(1Corinthians 14), is for all believers as promised by John the Baptist, Jesus and Peter. The fulfilment of this promise was witnessed by early disciples of Christ and operates in many present-day disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Cor. 12:1-11, Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39, 14:16-17, 16:7-14; Acts 2:1-18; Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:4-8, 2:38-41, 2:4, 10:44-47, 19:1-6).

We believe the Grace of God is given to all men. All men need to do is to receive the grace. It doesn’t matter your religion, race, height , geographical location. It is a free gift and God wants you to receive it. Refusal to do so will term you as anti Christ. The Bible refers to that sin as a sin of iniquity. (Isaiah 59:1-2, John 3:15-21, Rev. 21:6-8, Rev.1:1-18, 2 John 1:7, 1 John 2:18-22, 1 John 4:3, Rev.19:20,Titus 2:11).

We believe in the Scripture of the Old and New Testament as verbally inspired by God, and inerrant in the original writings and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life. (2 Peter 1:21, 2 Tim.3:16-17)

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (1 Cor. 12:1-11, Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39, 14:16-17, 16:7-14; Acts 2:1-18; Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:4-8, 2:38-41, 2:4, 10:44-47, 19:1-6).

We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary and is true God and true man.( Acts 4:12; Rom.4:1-9, 5:1-11; Eph. 1: 3-14; Luke 24:39-43; John 20:24-29; John 14:2-3; Rom. 8:34; Acts 1:10-11; 1Thessalonians 4:13-18;  2Thess.1:7-10;  James 5:8;  Revelations 1:7).

We believe that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners in thought, word and deed.( Gen.1,2,3, Rom. 5)

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.(John 3:16)

We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven and in His present life there is for us a High Priest and Advocate.( 1 Tim2:5, 1 John 2:1-2, Heb. 8:1-2, John 14:6, Heb.4:12)

We believe in "That blessed hope," the personal and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.(1 Thess. 4: 13-18)

We believe that  all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.( John 3, Romans 10)

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting, conscious punishment of the lost. ( Rev. 19, 20)
