Born unto Hon. BROWN DG SEO SR. and late SARAH DWEYEE WRIGHT SEO on may 6, 1970 in Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County, Liberia, West Africa. Bro. BROWN DG SEO gave his life to JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND PERSONAL SAVIOR ON MAY 15, 1992 at the CHURCH OF CHRIST INT.in Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire which has its headquarters in Boston, Massachussets USA. Brother BROWN DG SEO was ordained as Pastor-Evangelist in 1995 at the Church of Christ Int. Abidjan Cote d’Ivoire.

Evangelist Seo will then depart on the African Tour Church planting. He served as senior Pastor on Church planting in Ouagadougo, Burkina Faso, Accra, Ghana, Lome, Togo, Cotonou, Benin, Yammousokro, Cote d’Ivoire, Bamako, Mali. Served as founding member EVERLASTING SALVATION MINISTRY Dordrecht the Netherlands-2003-2006. Served as Associate Pastor and Secretary General CONQUERORS INTERNATIONAL CHAPEL 2006-2009.

In June 2009 brother BROWN DG SEO was ordained in the presence of more than 35 pastors and well wishers at the CONQUERORS INT. CHAPEL in the Kandelaar, Amsterdam the NETHRLANDS in the office of Apostle in respond to the divine calling of his ministry VISION FOR CHRIST MINISTRIES WORLDWIDE. Apostle SEO serves presently as the president of DG SEO MINISTRIES, Sr. Pastor Grace Valley Chapel Int., Executive Director for GRACE FM gospel radio and Amazing Grace Television - 24/7 livebroadcast ministries blessing millions around the world. He is also the present Assistant Secretary General of the Pentacostal Council of Churches in Amsterdamt the Netherlands.

Apostle BROWN DG SEO was also decorated as the King’s Ambassador, The Evangelist and the Revivalist by DG SEO Ministries with the Apostolic seal ingrave with prophetic symbols indication of eagle, the Bible, flame, the key, and the hammer which is in explination of the prophetic and apostolic unctions -mantle and mandate he has received from our Lord Jesus to spread the gospel worldwide.
